Please measure your wrist while putting one finger between measuring tape and wrist. It will fit comfortably but not tight. The amount of stone/wood beads will be adjusted according to the size you order.

💎How to use bracelets: Once you've received your bracelet, simply apply one or two drops of your desired essential oil to the lava stone bead then rub oil into them. The lava stone bead will hold the oil and diffuse for 1-2 days. Repeat as desired. You can change the oils out if you like, just wait for the scent to dissipate substantially before switching oils. If your bracelet gets wet, simply lay your bracelet on a paper towel and allow the lava stone bead to dry completely before adding fresh oil.
